Created in PHP, this site was a challange to work on as the Graphic Designer for Ustler was unfamailair with web development and kept trying to design the site as a print item. You'll notice several PDFs, some linked directly from menus.

Hosted by GAI, I refactored the page through several changes and converteded it from a table-based layout over to CSS, and helped it more closely match the rest of the City's website.

Managed through "Joomla!" with several custom PHP modules. Unfortunately you need an employee to send you a card. The design came out well considering the absentee Marketing employee who continually changed specifications.
